A Beautiful Offense

Last month Geneva College had the privilege of hosting Dr. Carl Trueman of Westminster Theological Seminary for a day of preaching, lecturing, and lots of edifying informal interactions as well. During our weekly chapel service, Dr. Trueman (also an ordained minister in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church) preached a thought-provoking, heart-strengthening sermon out of 1 Corinthians 1, challenging us to assess our understanding of beauty and to align it with Christ’s redemptive work.
