Yahweh is the Guardian & Keeper of His People in many ways:

He is our STRONG Keeper - Hill-Founder

He is our STEP Keeper - Slip-Stopper

He is our STRIKE Keeper - Sun-Shader

He is our SOUL Keeper - Life-Protector

He is our SEALED Keeper - Covenant-Cutter

He is His SAINTS Keeper - Israel-Watcher

He is our SURE Keeper - Time-Outlaster

He is our SOVEREIGN Keeper - Cosmic-Creator

He continuously & sleeplessly watches over us

..on the entrance into paradise

...on return from captivity

...on our pilgrimage to Zion

...on our journey to glory

Why, o why, would we look to anyone else in the trials & tests of faith as we travel through this life & we seek eternal rest?

He chose us, loved us, called us, washed us, freed us & saved us - how will He not guard & keep us in the hollow of His palm, under cover of His wing & in the shadow of His almighty, sovereign, eternally-gracious grip?
