Demo page with footnotes

Unfortunately, if you want decent footnote [1] support, you'll have to do it this way. The whole post has to be a single "Markdown" block. Well, more specifically, the footnotes will appear at the bottom of the "markdown" block.

    Subsequent paragraphs are indented to show that they
    belong to the previous footnote. ↩︎
